We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the complete recruitment cycle for positions based in Pakistan and the USA. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements, design effective sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews through various platforms. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication skills along with proficiency in sourcing tools.
