Job Description
Fairways Logistics is currently looking for committed Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information and addressing inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their questions, conducting follow-up calls, and meticulously recording details in our CRM system. We prioritize candidates with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
