Job Description
We are seeking a Rider Retention Specialist to increase active rider engagement and reduce churn by designing retention programs, incentives, and targeted communication strategies. You will analyze rider behavior and KPIs, execute A/B tests, manage feedback and disputes, and coordinate with operations and marketing to improve the rider experience.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in customer success or operations; strong verbal and written communication.
- Skills: data analysis (Excel; SQL a plus), problem solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with ride‑hailing or gig platforms.
