Job Description
Fortress Square Services Pvt Ltd seeks a Customer Service Representative with a problem-solving mindset to join our Mall Management team. This full-time, in-person role pays Rs40,00–Rs45,00/month. Preferred candidates have 2–3 years’ experience in retail, hospitality (hotels/airlines), or call centers, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Hospitality. Excellent verbal communication, strong customer focus, and the ability to resolve inquiries and coordinate with operations are required. Responsibilities include handling tenant and visitor questions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service standards.
