Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our esteemed client in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards while optimizing workflow and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production staff to meet and exceed targets.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure quality control measures are upheld.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Analyze production data for ongoing process improvements.
- Resolve operational and personnel challenges effectively.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and 12-14 years of formal education, alongside strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
