Job Description
Location: Islamabad
Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support payroll functions and attendance management.
- Handle staff inquiries and provide HR-related support.
- Draft HR correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: I.Com or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
