Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for addressing technical and related issues experienced by our players in Pakistan. Your responsibilities will include swiftly managing player inquiries through our ticketing system, investigating and resolving customer concerns while adhering to established protocols, and escalating complex cases as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and respond to Google Play Reviews and assist in game operations activities, including bug testing.
