Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a prominent manufacturing company in Pakistan, is currently looking to hire a Process Shift Incharge for our Molding Department at the Hub Chowki plant. The successful candidate will oversee shift handovers, manage operators, ensure the efficient operation of molding machines, assess quality results, calculate performance metrics, and coordinate maintenance activities. Additionally, maintaining detailed records of all operational activities is essential.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a DAE or B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations.
