Job Description
Job Overview:
Location: Johar Town, G4
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, facilitating clear communication and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting follow-ups, resolving issues, and fostering client engagement. You will also be responsible for updating client information in our CRM system and collaborating with various teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software.
