Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team toward meeting revenue targets and strengthening customer relationships. This role involves setting objectives, coaching representatives, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and coordinating cross-functionally with marketing and operations. You will also own forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to drive consistent results.

• Required: 3+ years in sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; strong communication, coaching, analytical, and CRM skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and B2B sales experience. Results-driven, organized, and adept at forecasting and reporting.
