Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Executive to join our B2B team to oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day service delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor SLAs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing client communication
- Track performance metrics and SLAs; handle escalations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to improve processes
Qualifications: minimum 2 years in B2B client operations or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused approach.
