Job Description

GoodCore Software is actively seeking a highly motivated IT Desktop Support Executive to facilitate the seamless operation of desktop, laptop, and PC systems. In this role, you will deliver technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues, and uphold a secure computing environment. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical capabilities, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals; perform system maintenance and updates; troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; implement necessary security measures; and maintain comprehensive records of support inquiries.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred, alongside 3-4 years of relevant experience, substantial knowledge of hardware/software, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and exceptional communication abilities.
