Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English; proficiency in computer applications; adept at problem-solving; prior customer service experience is preferred.
