Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to expand our dynamic team. This full-time position involves night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The monthly salary ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00, with additional commissions based on experience.
Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing billing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers about our products and services.
