Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating hospitality arrangements, handling lifestyle logistics, and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, oversee meal planning, host guests, arrange travel, and maintain regular communication with staff.
Requirements: Female, single, under 30, with a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong multitasking capabilities.
