Job Description
Habib University is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer to join our IT Help Desk, which serves as the central hub for addressing technical queries and issues from students and other users regarding our IT infrastructure and services. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support for hardware, operating systems, Microsoft Office, general-purpose software, and enterprise applications. You will also ensure that all IT equipment in the library remains functional, current, and secure. Additionally, you will manage specialized IT support events to uphold high levels of user satisfaction.
