Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. ACCA (partially qualified) or an equivalent certification is an advantage. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits management is required.

Skills:

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools, alongside strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical skills are essential.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing payroll reports for management review.
