Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is seeking a Senior Manager Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related field, accompanied by 6 to 8 years of substantial experience in hospital operations.
Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing daily operations, managing vendor relationships, handling procurement, budgeting, and executing effective crisis management. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong abilities in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
This full-time position is based at our Saddar location, with available shifts from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
