Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is looking for a committed Call Centre Representative to strengthen our customer service team. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Available from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Location: Numaish, Head Office
- Outstanding communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls
- Respond to incoming calls
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address customer inquiries efficiently
