Job Description
Location: Faisalabad – Jaranwala
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
Qualifications: Minimum Graduation

HCM International is currently seeking a highly organized Supervisor with proven experience in managing large teams of daily wage laborers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a workforce of over 150 employees, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating timely cash disbursement.
Requirements: Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree, possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in labor supervision, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and exhibit trustworthy cash handling skills.
