Job Description
HCM International seeks a full-time Food Mixer Operator for on-site work in Korangi, Karachi. The position follows rotating 12-hour shifts (one week 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; the next week 8:00 PM–8:00 AM), Monday–Friday.
- Operate industrial mixers per SOPs; measure and load raw materials.
- Monitor mixing time, speed, and temperature; perform routine equipment checks.
- Maintain mixing area hygiene, accurate production records, and coordinate with production and quality teams.
Qualifications: Matric/Intermediate; prior mixer or machinery experience in a food company preferred; basic food safety knowledge; ability to follow SOPs; physical stamina and strong attention to detail. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs50,00 per month.
