Job Description
Hire-Blink is seeking a dedicated International Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This full-time role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in international recruitment for our overseas clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and supporting recruitment processes, while fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist candidates for international positions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
Location: Onsite in DHA, Phase 2, Lahore; night shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM).
