Job Summary: The Executive Admin plays a vital role in supporting senior leadership by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and overseeing office operations. This position requires the handling of sensitive information, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and meetings.
- Coordinate both internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports and meeting agendas.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee office operations and special projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years in an executive support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
