Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of International Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, addressing inquiries, and effectively resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Minimum qualifications of O Level/A Level or equivalent intermediate education.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred previous experience in customer service.
