Job Description
HRPSP seeks customer-focused Information Desk Receptionists to manage visitor queues and provide accurate guidance on services, required documents, and counter locations. Candidates will handle complaints, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, prepare daily reports, and propose workflow improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree (HEC)
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
