Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Agriculture Field Assistant to offer on-site technical support to farmers. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in advising farmers on essential areas such as crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Primary responsibilities include executing agricultural projects, conducting field visits to assess crop conditions, and analyzing data to pinpoint trends for improvement. Additionally, you will organize and facilitate training sessions on modern agricultural techniques.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs65,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the position requires in-person presence at the designated work location.
