Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance computer systems, networks, and servers.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and security.
- Install and configure pivotal hardware and software.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to staff members.
- Manage user accounts and set permissions.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are regularly updated.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
