Job Description
At SMJ Industries, we are dedicated to steering Pakistan towards a sustainable and energy-efficient future. We are currently looking for a skilled Human Resource Officer to join our team at Hattar Industrial Estate, Hattar, Haripur, KPK.
In this pivotal role, you will manage HR functions, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a production setting.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of Rs. 50,00 per month, with additional HR certifications considered a plus.
