Job Description
iTech Solutions is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to strengthen our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying suitable projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and fostering robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Compose persuasive proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Engage in clear communication with clients throughout the process.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate project estimates.
- Meet monthly lead generation targets.
