Job Description
The iTecknologi Group of Companies is in search of a dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to enhance our dynamic team. As a CRO, you will serve as the primary contact for our valued customers, assisting them through phone and email communications. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and strong communication skills.
