Job Description
Jazz Mosafir seeks a dedicated CSR Executive to manage tele-sales, generate leads, and deliver outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, qualifying prospects, providing accurate product and ticketing information, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years in customer sales; knowledge of travel industry trends and ticketing; proven sales performance; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Travel & tourism sales experience preferred.
