Job Description
Position: Supervisor
Reporting to: Production Manager
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division – Operations
Location: Karachi – Korangi Plant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in overseeing manufacturing and finishing operations. This role emphasizes adherence to Abbott’s GMP/EHS policies, local regulatory cGMP requirements, and approved documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing and finishing operations.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Follow monthly ADS and supply plans.
- Minimize waste while enhancing yield and ensuring compliance.
- Train team members on relevant procedures.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Science Graduate/Master’s degree, preferably Pharm D, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
