Job Description
Dexterz Solutions is pleased to announce a vacancy for an HR Executive to join our onsite team in Parkview City, Lahore. We are looking for a proactive candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This full-time position operates in US time zones, requiring availability from 5 PM to 2 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process
- Post job advertisements and conduct preliminary interviews
- Work closely with team leads to identify hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records
