Job Description
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)
Sequel Technologies, a prominent software company specializing in healthcare IT and medical billing services for the US market, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the support team assisting US clients through calls, portals, and emails.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and enhancement requests.
- Communicate effectively with US healthcare insurance companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for optimal service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with third-party vendors.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, and fluency in English are required.
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Time Zone)
