Job Description
Naat Foods Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a qualified Transport Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our vehicle fleet. This pivotal role ensures that all vehicles remain roadworthy, safe, and efficient, while also managing workshop staff, inventory, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workshop operations and manage inventory effectively.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans while addressing emergency situations.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians and conduct regular inspections.
- Provide training to staff on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 5 years of relevant experience and strong technical knowledge is required.
Compensation: Monthly salary between Rs60,00.00 and Rs100,00.00.
