Job Description
Imperial Feed is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Pet Food Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will craft and execute sales strategies specifically designed for Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels, oversee key account management, negotiate favorable trading conditions, lead our sales team, and enhance performance through data-driven analysis and market insights.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, coupled with 5-7 years of experience in FMCG or retail sales, including a minimum of 2 years in LMT. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills are crucial, along with proficiency in MS Office. A willingness to travel is also necessary.
