Job Description
Goldline Executive Travel is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through our premium coach services throughout the UK. The ideal candidate should have outstanding English communication abilities, prior sales experience, and a strong command of Coach Manager software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Offer detailed information about our services and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Promote our services and facilitate the conversion of inquiries into bookings.
