Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding after-sales support and effectively addressing customer complaints. Key responsibilities include prompt claims processing and conducting product awareness workshops for dealers and automotive technicians.
The ideal applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills, communicate technical issues clearly, and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications. A Diploma in Associate Engineering (D.A.E) focusing on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
