Job Responsibilities:
- Verify online medicine orders submitted through our system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and branch staff to ensure the availability of medicines.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Address order-related issues such as stock shortages or delivery complaints.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding online pharmacy orders.
- Maintain accurate records of daily orders and shipments.
- Assist with stock adjustments and returns as needed.
