Job Description
Horizon Plastics is looking for a skilled Night Shift Plastics Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising injection and blow molding machines during the night shift. Key responsibilities include managing the production team, ensuring quality control, reaching production targets, handling mold changes, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining overall production efficiency.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, and a technical diploma is preferred. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift are crucial. The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs65,00.00.
