The HR Recruitment Specialist will manage the CV bank and handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, representing HR during interviews, and coordinating job offers with central HR.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee files, ensuring completion of pre- and post-employment documentation, managing employee onboarding processes, and facilitating performance appraisals. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or an MBA in HR, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel is required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
