Job Description
Noah Pro Max is on the lookout for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to provide assistance to our clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, a problem-solving orientation, and the ability to effectively guide customers in selecting products and navigating the order process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or chat support.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of packaging and sales processes.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing chats efficiently.
