Job Description
Join Mclean Intelligent Workforce as an Inside Sales Manager! In this role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire our inside sales team while developing strategies to achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, optimizing sales scripts, and analyzing data to drive growth. Collaborating with the marketing team and ensuring effective usage of our CRM system will also be key components of your position.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential for success in this role.
