Expert BOS is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Training Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our employee training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities and a strong enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Assess training needs, create comprehensive training plans, facilitate engaging sessions, monitor training effectiveness, and collaborate closely with department leaders.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in a training leadership role, outstanding interpersonal skills, familiarity with instructional design principles, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
