Job Description
ProPakistani, the premier independent blog in Pakistan, is seeking a skilled News Editor to enhance our dynamic content team. This position is located in our office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and proofread content to ensure high quality.
- Verify information and facts for accuracy.
- Identify engaging topics for publication.
- Maintain consistency with our house style.
- Assist in managing freelance contributors and staff writers.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional command of English and grammar.
- Relevant experience in news editing is essential.
- Proficiency in WordPress is a plus.
- Applicants must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
