Job Description
FIZA NOOR is searching for a committed Sales Assistant to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, perform market visits, and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate fiber optic solutions. Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining CRM records, while working collaboratively with production and logistics teams. Participation in industry exhibitions is also required.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, with 1-3 years of preferred sales experience. Strong communication skills and a technical understanding of fiber optics are essential, along with the ability to travel frequently.
