Job Description
Job Objective: Oversee solar installation teams, ensuring timeliness and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough site assessments and inspections.
- Track daily progress on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Implement effective quality control measures.
- Manage tools and procure necessary materials.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional support.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
- Technical training in electrical or renewable energy preferred.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar installation and supervisory roles.

Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
