Job Description
Job Purpose: The Production and Merchandising Supervisor will manage the production and merchandising activities for men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel. This role is crucial for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating effective communication between internal departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate activities across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Ensure that production quality meets company standards and address any operational challenges swiftly.
- Serve as the primary liaison between buyers, production teams, and quality assurance personnel.
- Maintain detailed production tracking and create regular status reports.

Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
