Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our client relations. In this position, you will handle incoming calls, provide assistance to clients, and foster robust connections with healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include conducting cold calls to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. A strong understanding of medical billing processes and NPI lookup is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and efficient time management capabilities. This full-time role is located in Bahria Town Phase 7, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
