Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team at Caps IT Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to international clients across the US, UK, and AU markets. Your primary objective will be to promote our web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, possess outstanding English communication skills, and have a basic understanding of web/app development and digital marketing trends.
